I admit to being an anxious (ok, very anxious!) patient following a stressful experience in the dental chair. I therefore searched for a dental practice that would listen to my concerns and booked an initial consultation appointment at Cherrybank Dental Spa.

Following examination the treatment options were discussed and agreed, along with cost. They helped me make the right decision for ME, with no pressure whatsoever. Starting treatment with dentist Chris McCrudden was relatively stress free as he is so unbelievably patient – trust me!

At every visit he constantly updated & reassured me regarding the procedure. I admit to still being slightly nervous but every step of the journey with Chris felt so well controlled. I now have whiter, straighter teeth that look totally natural. So, if you’re looking for a dental practice that offers excellent service & patient focussed care in a relaxed environment, look no further.

I have, finally, found a dentist I can trust. Now I know the “drill” I am so much less hesitant about future visits for regular check ups. It’s a big thumbs up from me!

I recently attended Cherrybank on dundas street as I wanted to have a front tooth fixed. From the moment i walked into the practice I felt very welcome.

The practice is so relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly. I am currently using the teeth whitening kit and after only 1 week people have been giving me lovely comments. I will return in 2 weeks to have my individual tooth fixed and cant wait.

Walking into Cherrybank, you immediately get the sense you are walking into a clean practice but one that also has a warm homely inviting feel.

The reception staff are friendly and pleasant.

The waiting area is more like a comfortable living room, gone are the hard chairs, replaced with comfortable sofas and where a choice of refreshments are available. I received first class treatment whilst dental staff also ensured I was at ease and comfortable. After care and support second to none.

I’ve attended many dental practices in my time and Cherrybank are without doubt the best and most professional. Booking is easy, I’ve never found there to be a long wait and they are very keen to accommodate appointments around myself. Would recommend to everyone.

We have been coming to Cherrybank few years now with our family and our kids actually look forward to there visits!

I had to have treatment yesterday myself yesterday and the lovely Janice on reception noted I wasn’t myself when leaving, I got a thoughtful follow up call today from Janice to check that my pain had settled and that I was feeling ok again!

“They’ve Been Nothing But Fantastic”

     So happy with the service I receive from this team. My son is 2 and in the beginning of the year I noticed early signs of decay on his front teeth. His dentist at the time applied a fluoride treatment but it required me to hold my son down while he kicked and screamed.

Not gentle at all and frightened him a lot. Also, my mind wasn’t eased after that visit. This was when I contacted Cherrybank. They’ve been nothing but fantastic.

My son now declares that the dentist is FUN! They go well out of the way to comfort and create a secure and pleasant environment for him. Highly recommend for paediatric treatment.

I can't recommend this practice enough. I'm phobic of dentistry- for good reasons. However, the whole team and environment put me at ease. My dentist Chris had an almost miraculous ability to inspire total confidence in him. I really appreciated being treated without judgement, total respect and a bit of well placed humour! I need a lot of work doing. All my options were explained very clearly, the prices laid out, and I can see a bright light at the end of the tunnel. I'm not easy to win over, being an ex-nurse. I have very sensitive teeth & my last dentist would not give me any numbing injections ?? so when my teeth were being cleaned it was really painful, so hence why I took myself to Cherrybank Dental Practice, everything is pain free, they even apply numbing cream so you don't even feel the injections going into your gums, so it's a win win for me.read more

I came to Tammy firstly to get a consultation, I had been to a couple other places too, but this was the only meeting I had where I didn’t feel pressured into other treatments. I had expressed that I wanted to keep costs down & wasn’t prepared to commit to Invisalign and Tammy straight away took this on board. She was open about all treatment routes I could go down but the main thing is I wasn’t pushed into anything or felt I was being sold something!Again this was the same when I met Dr Umair, I knew my teeth could benefit from straightening but he heard what I wanted and focused my treatment plan on that. I ended up with whitening, a small bit of gum contouring and composite bonding. Dr Umair comes across really professional and knows exactly what he’s doing so you know your teeth are in good hands. During all my appointments his calm nature kept me calm, I’m not a nervous patient but it had been a while so I was apprehensive! Grainne is also so friendly and super calming, she’d have a nice wee chat with me before & after which calmed my nerves. What a team! I also had the fear to get my impressions for my guard/whitening tray which I told Dr Umair about, somehow he made this feel like nothing and kept me relaxed.My results speak for themselves too, compared to what you can get done to your teeth I didn’t get too much done but it’s an unreal transformation. I wanted my teeth to look more uniform and get rid of the gaps I had, whilst still looking natural and got exactly that. I absolutely love the work that’s been done to my teeth - my confidence in my smile is so much better now!read more

Cherrybank has been pretty much excellent from start to finish. Operationally in terms of appointments, reminders etc but most importantly in respect of the treatment itself from treatment plan to completing the work. I hated, hated the dentist - this experience may just have changed my mind. Expensive, yes, but you get what pay for.
