Thank you so much for taking the time to send me the before and after pictures of my lovely new teeth. Profuse apologies that it has taken so long to reply to you. Work has been very hectic and now I’m travelling around on a wee October break. Every time I clean my teeth I thank the day I turned up at Cherry Bank seeking advice on what could be done to protect my teeth from further erosion. This had been flagged up by my regular NHS dentist, but no solutions were proposed.

Frankly, I can hardly believe I’ve spent so much money on myself. Not something I planned for. I came along believing that it wasn’t possible to have veneers fitted when I’d already lost enamel. You were very patient with my ignorance and Chris’s expertise as a dentist allowed me to see what could be done to right a mouthful of undisciplined, aged teeth and give me the sort of smile only celebrities get, not ordinary people like me. As a person who likes to be private I’m glad that no-one apart from my husband has realised what a transformation has taken place. Even close family just think I’m looking well (for an elderly old soul).

All the staff that I met at Cherry Bank, without exception, are really nice, but special mention has to go to Chris and Marta, the dental technician. I’ve long dreaded trips to the dentist, having developed a worsening gag reflex after pregnancies. Their professionalism and skills are top notch, and they managed to turn the necessarily lengthy visits into a joy. (If I’d known what a great distraction listening to favourite music is as well, childbirth would have been a doddle). However, I always felt listened to. All my many questions were always answered, and it was the communication patient and dental professionals that allows me to recommend the service at Cherry Bank wholeheartedly.

I admit to being an anxious (ok, very anxious!) patient following a stressful experience in the dental chair. I therefore searched for a dental practice that would listen to my concerns and booked an initial consultation appointment at Cherrybank Dental Spa.

I recently attended Cherrybank on Dundas street as I wanted to have a front tooth fixed. From the moment i walked into the practice I felt very welcome.

The practice is so relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly. I am currently using the teeth whitening kit and after only 1 week people have been giving me lovely comments. I will return in 2 weeks to have my individual tooth fixed and can’t wait.

My sister has already booked in for the same treatment due to my recommendation and I have 2 work colleagues ready to do the same. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service at my hygienist appointment yesterday. Lots of explanations to go with the work being done and other preventative measures to improve overall health by looking after gum health.

This morning, after years of minor bleeding gums when I wake or brush and following some simple advice, my gums weren’t bleeding! Would highly recommended.

Walking into Cherrybank, you immediately get the sense you are walking into a clean practice, but one that also has a warm homely inviting feel.

The reception staff are friendly and pleasant.

The waiting area is more like a comfortable living room, gone are the hard chairs, replaced with comfortable sofas, and where a choice of refreshments are available. I received first-class treatment whilst dental staff also ensured I was at ease and comfortable. After care and support second to none.

I’ve attended many dental practices in my time and Cherrybank are without doubt the best and most professional. Booking is easy, I’ve never found there to be a long wait and they are very keen to accommodate appointments around myself. Would recommend to everyone.

“Not many places do you get fantastic follow-up service”

I had to have treatment yesterday and the lovely Janice on reception noted I wasn’t myself when leaving, I got a thoughtful follow-up call today from Janice to check that my pain had settled and that I was feeling ok again!

“They’ve been nothing but fantastic”

So happy with the service I receive from this team. My son is 2 and in the beginning of the year I noticed early signs of decay on his front teeth. His dentist at the time applied a fluoride treatment, but it required me to hold my son down while he kicked and screamed.

Not gentle at all and frightened him a lot. Also, my mind wasn’t eased after that visit. This was when I contacted Cherrybank. They’ve been nothing but fantastic.

My son now declares that the dentist is FUN! They go well out of the way to comfort and create a secure and pleasant environment for him. Highly recommend for paediatric treatment.
