We’ll give you some time to review the video before we contact you again. It is at this point when we can arrange a face to face discussion with a Smile Advisor via a video call.

Had a dental emergency last week and own dentist were unable to help with pain relief. Carried out a google search and CHERRYBANK came up. Called them and explained circumstances. Emergency appointment arranged for following day, attended and was treated with courtesy, respect and empathy. Saw Dr Vera who carried out necessary emergency treatment to alleviate the pain, which turned out to be pulpitis. Highly recommended for anyone suffering severe dental pain. Will be going back for normal dental care from now. Thanks again Dr Vera and CHERRYBANK. 🙏

Are you thinking about finally overcoming your fear of going to the dentist? Are you desperatly in need of long overdue dental treatment? Have you been told by an NHS dentist that certain dental treatments will not be considered even if you were prepared to pay for it? If yes, I highly recommend to contact Cherrybank's friendly and helpful reception. Their receptionist listened well to any of my concerns and found the perfect person for me to start my dental journey with. After filling out a small questionnaire about my dental situation and my desired results, I was scheduled to meet Tammy, Cherrybank's Smile Advisor. On my first visit with her she was very well prepared and knew all the details about me which I have provided via the questionnaire without having to look at it during our appointment. She ensured me that my perfect smile can most definitely be achieved within a few months. She made me feel understood, cared for and at ease. After meeting Tammy a few more times to discuss potential cost of treatment and to allow me to ask any questions I had on my mind, she recommended Chris McCrudden to me. She stated that he is a true perfectionist and very good with nervous patients.On my first visit with dentist Chris and dental nurse Marta, both made me feel very comfortable. Together we crafted a perfect plan for the next months to come and discussed the final price. They recommended visiting their lovely dental hygiene team first, who gave me a professional clean and provided me with valuable information, tips and tricks on how to keep my new smile clean and healthy.On my next appointments, Chris and Marta continued with the previously crafted treatment plan. Both were very well prepared at all times and made me feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous. Their attention to detail, calming way and caring abilities were exceptional. The provided cosy blanket and stress balls were amazing and helped me during each appointment. I was also able to use my own headphones listening to music, which made the time fly by so much quicker. At no time did I experience any pain or discomfort during treatment. I also loved that Tammy checked in with me every now and then to see how I was doing. Now, 7 months after contacting Cherrybank for the first time, I can say that this has been the best dental experience I've ever had. It was worth every penny!I highly recommend everyone mentioned in this review. Thank you for your excellent service, kindness and professionalism throughout my journey.

Treatment was painless, very efficient and performed by an excellent Oral surgeon. Reception staff are very efficient and welcoming. Treatment, from Nik the Oral surgeon, has been of the highest quality.

I’m almost at the end of my new smile makeover! Everything from the initial consultation to where I’m currently at has been flawless. The whole team at Cherrybank are outstanding, my dentist; Chris Mccrudden and his two dental nurses, I really can’t thank them enough for all their help and support over the last six months. All of them are marvellous, making the experience so much more pleasant with their considerate attention / approach. I've a few more appointments to go, whoever said going to the dentist isn’t fun, needs a trip to Cherrybank!!

After a long time of not visiting a dentist, I decided to put my trust in Cheery Bank Dental.I can confidently say that I have not been disappointed. My dentist Chris McCrudden and dental nurse Marta have always ensured that I was involved in the process and always took my opinion into consideration. There was such a wide variety of treatments to choose from and Chris suggested the porcelain veneers. I trusted his judgment and I am really glad I did. The process was really smooth, fast and pain free which was my biggest fear. If you are looking for any treatments, I most definitely recommend Cherry Bank Dental. You will not be disappointed. Cherry Bank dental is next level cosmetic dentistry. All members of staff are all excellent at their jobs. The results are simply stunning.I felt so listened to.I felt cared for.The work was 100% pain freeI was blown away by the whole process. From my initial meeting - where my concerns were patiently talked through, and my expectations were exceeded - to the final results.Chris is an absolute perfectionist. He isn’t happy until you are happy.You get the “Trial Smile”. Which I loved. This is an acrylic version of your final veneers. You live with the temporaries for 2 weeks, which is excellent as you have time to really understand and decide if you want to make any changes to these. Don’t worry though, the temporaries are gorgeous too, and very secure.Chris will add and take away from these temporaries until you are happy. Then the final veneers are ordered. These are EXACTLY what you ask for.The final veneers are beautiful. They sparkle like real teeth. They are colour variated like real teeth, and they have ridges like real teeth. You will be so happy with the results. Chris is so talented.I hardly smiled st sll before. Now, I am smiling all the time.Marta is wonderful too. So kind, gentle, and caring. Chris and Marta are the dream team of dentistry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been coming to the clinic for a couple of years and all are good experiences. My last treatment with Kirsty went better than expected. Plus she is always very professional and fast, you can see how much she loves her work. I never thought that I could be happy going to the dentist. The reception team is also very friendly and communicates impeccably, always willing to help.

You have no idea what a difference Chris and the team have made to my life. I wouldn't step out the house before I had my new smile. I was petrified from the dentist because of a bad experience when I was younger and refused to go. When I walked in and explained how anxious I am the team done nothing but reassure me and put me at ease. I got to the point I actually enjoyed going and couldn't wait to have my work done. I certainly won't be going anywhere else from now on. It's also very true it is pain free. There is no amount of words that i can say to show how greatful I am to you all so this will just have to do, thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my life and giving me it back ♥️

I cannot stress how good my experience has been here. The staff are lovely and they're great professionals. I was not at my best (I had health anxiety) and they did everything they could to help me. I really felt they were listening and caring about me. I have tried other clinics in Edinburgh but they're far from what I'm describing here. I highly recommend this place. Amazing place. From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed. It’s clear to see why it’s called “dental spa”. I had a smile consultation with Tammy and she was wonderful. So lovely and so thorough. I barely had any questions because she covered everything I wanted to know and then some. I’m actually very excited to go forward with plans and hopefully get my dream smile and I’m feeling a lot less anxious about the dentist in general. This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking to transform your smile and want as much information as possible up front. The spa itself is super clean, staff are friendly and seem to really care about patient’s comfort and it’s just a lovely atmosphere to be in

Very friendly and helpful staff in a really chilled environment. Chris did an amazing job with my teeth. My treatment ended up taking longer than expected but only because Chris wanted to make sure he got an exact colour match which he did and it was well worth the wait. He explained everything really well and always made sure I was happy. I love my teeth and I no longer feel self conscious to smile in pictures. I would 100% recommend Cherrybank to anyone considering dental work.

I would definitely recommend Cherrybank dental. Having had bad experiences at other dentists I am not the easiest person with anxiety and nerves but everything from the start has been amazing. Tammy helped me so much at the beginning going through all my options. I cannot thank Chris enough for giving me my smile and Marta for all my hand holding and keeping me calm. I visited Cherrybank for Invisalign treatment and couldn't have been happier with the experience I had over 18 months or so. The best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. Going to the dentist is now an experience I look forward to and is a nice little break in my day. I have had loads of things done from checkups and dental surgeries to invaslign and teeth whitening. All of the staff are incredible and the comforts that are on offer are also greatly appreciated

This is an exceptional dental practice. All the staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxed.I have had a lot of work done on my teeth in the past but thanks to Cherrybank I finally have my perfect smile! It was a totally pain free process and I can't recommend these guys enough.

I came to Cherrybank Dental Spa Edinburgh for some treatment,and I have to say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I am quite anxious at the dentist but the team were so welcoming and friendly. Erin,who was my nurse, put me at ease immediately and really made me feel relaxed. Dr Katy the dentist explained everything to me in language I could understand. I would highly recommend anyone who is anxious to visit as it really was a great experience, didn't even feel like I was at the dentist!
