After her time volunteering as an English teacher in Thailand, Wiktoria went on to study Humanities, Languages and Media at college and university, but soon discovered that the academic route wasn’t quite for her-she much preferes learning through real-life experience and hands-on practice.
With a strong background in hospitality and customer service, Wiktoria brings a warm, approachable energy to the practice and takes pride in delivering the highest level of care with a personalised approach. Her favourite part of the role is supporting nervous patients – helping them feel at ease, overcome their fears and anxieties, and watching their confidence grow as they begin to look forward to their appointments.
From booking to actual appointment everything went smoothly. Quick, next day appointment was very helpful. Very professional and super friendly. Highly recommend and will be back in future for sure.
Personal information
Originally from Poland, Wiktoria moved to Edinburgh in 2012 and has loved calling Scotland home ever since. Outside of work, you can find her listening to podcasts on her walk around the Meadows or diving into a good psychology book. Her favourite place in the world is Italy, and she’s often planning her next sunny getaway with her partner.
I can not recommend this place enough. The staff are all amazing and so friendly, the help they offer for understanding and comfort just makes the experience all the better. As someone who has never liked the dentist before I can honestly say after today I dont have the same anxieties about booking further appointments or going. Their statement of pain free dentistry is true … I had multiple drills in my mouth today and the most I felt was a bit of pressure here and there or slight vibrations. They make the appointment all about you, with amazing small added touches like massage pads, head phones and my favourite was the lip balm – such a small thing but who doesn’t get dry lips at the dentist!! If you’re looking for a new dentist who actually cares about and not just your teeth then give these guys a call.
